The tasks of these three regionally-based positions will focus primarily on supporting the implementation of a project on “Engaging the food and agriculture sectors in sub-Saharan Africa and South and South-East Asia: the global efforts to combat antimicrobial resistance using a One Health Approach” and collaboration with WHO and OIE and other partners in the regions, where relevant, to enable AMR to be addressed in a One Health and sustainable manner.
